Engine 4 responded to a second alarm fire on Rozzelles
Ferry Rd. The First Alarm companies had a 2-½“ line and
1-¾ “ line in place in Division A & B along with 2
aerials set up. Upon our arrival, we were assigned to
relieve Engine 21 in Division B. The building was aprox.
10,000 sq. ft. with a bowstring roof, and was heavily
involved when companies first arrived. The bulk of the
fire was extinguished, and most second alarm companies
assisted with mop up operations. Responding companies
were: 1st Alarm - Batt. 1, 3, Engine 18, 5,
21, 25, Rescue 3, and Ladder 18. 2nd Alarm –
Batt. 6, Engine 4, 17, 11, Ladder 2, 13, Car 8, 9.
