B SHIFT   8-15-2007
Engine 4 and Ladder 1 responded to a traffic accident on West Brookshire Freeway @ N. Church St. exit. While en-route, alarm advised that there were multiple vehicles involved. There were 8 total vehicles involved. One vehicle had a major fuel leak, and Haz-Mat was called to assist. There was only one injury. Engine 4, Ladder 1, 4,  and Haz-Mat 2 were the companies involved.
