B SHIFT 5-2-2007
Engine 4 responded to a fall with injury on E.
Trade St. at a construction site. A worker had fallen 6
feet off a ladder, but was located on the 3rd
floor with no way of getting you down. A high angle box
was requested. Ladder 4 and Rescue 10 prepared the
patient for a pick off using a construction crane on
site. Companies that responded were: Batt. 1, Engine 4,
2, 5, Ladder 4, Rescue 10, USAR 1, Batt. 3, Car 11, Car
70, Car 71, Car 17.
