A SHIFT  7-8-2008
Engine 4 was dispatched to a train and tractor trailer collision on University City Blvd. to deliver Mobile Command to the scene. Newell, Harrisburg, Mallard Creek and multiple CFD units were all on scene when we arrived with Mobile Command. The bulk of the incident was over but the train car had 2-1/2 ton cardboard rolls in it burning in the back corner of the railcar. E-4 was acquired by command to assist with extinguishment of the railcar. CFD companies that responded to the incident were:
